We are the Mochaterns…

Hello world! We are the Mochaterns for Spring of 2012. This is our first post of the semester. We love Mocha Club and fashionABLE and are happy to be here!

Photos + five random fun facts about each of us!

RACHEL!

1. I like to eat…all the time. 

2. I showed horses competitively in high school. I am the Newton County Saddle Club 2007-2008 High Point Champion…that’s right, be jealous.
3. I can ride a horse backwards…don’t ask how.
4. I went to the Hannah Montana concert with my sister when I was 16…she was 18.
5. I’m convinced that Sweden is awesome, therefore, I want to move there. Or Switzerland. They have awesome chocolate.
KELSEY!
1. I am absurdly tall…which is great for reaching high places and not so great for working in the attic at the fashionABLE house.
2. I have spent three summers in Guatemala and loved every minute of it.
3. I love love love to bake, especially pumpkin spice cupcakes with cream cheese frosting.
4. I’m OBSESSED with Saturday Night Live/any tv shows that feature ex-SNL cast members (Parks and Recreation, 30 Rock, etc.)
5. I’m an outdoor kind of person. Hiking, biking, swimming, skipping, dog walking, camping, sunshine, and butterflies…I love it all.



LYNNE!

1. I was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma and am proud of it. I am also a huge Oklahoma Sooners football fan. Boomer Sooner!

2. I am fluent in Spanish! I have taken Spanish classes for about 10 years, and I studied abroad in Palma de Mallorca, Spain in the spring of 2011.

3. My parents bought me a pony when I was little and named it “Lynne’s Valentine.” Yes, I actually had a pony.

4. I love video games, World of Warcraft, and being a PC.

5. I am obsessed with learning about food and health. I *love* fruits and vegetables and eat them constantly. Michael Pollan is my idol.
