a pfunky adventure: during our last week together in nashville, we mochaterns ventured over to the the Pfunky Griddle to prepare & share a meal together. dining around a griddle in the middle of the table, each of us chose our meal of choice (pancakes or grilled cheese!) and had a ball using our spatulas and fixing our own lunches. we messed up a few pancakes. we helped each other remember to flip our food. we cracked jokes & made silly faces. we simply enjoyed being together. and when we started thinking about it, our lunch together at the Phunky Griddle was a lot like our time together as interns these last few months. we each made mistakes…we’re only human after all. we shared a journey & worked side by side. we had a blast & laughed constantly. we simply enjoyed being together. and now we leave as pfabulous pfriends.
