I’ve seen the adds on TV for helping out poor kids in Asia, Africa, China, South America, Central America, etc.
I’ve heard about Compassion International hundreds of times before.
I’ve always thought these were great ideas, but could never wrap my will around the desire to do it. Sponsor a specific child? But what if that child walks away from the good being given them? What if they die? I always found a way to justify not doing it.

Until now. Just watch this video. I’m sure you can salvage $7 a month to help get 15 year old girls off the streets of prostitution and into a mentoring program that will teach them life skills to survive and provide for their children.
This tore at my heart and I couldn’t justify not being a part of this incredible ministry.
